Basic Delivery Information

Our delivery charges to Leeds and Wakefield are tiered as follows:-

  • Leeds & Wakefield
    Free delivery with Minimum order £20. 

Order cut-off time at 3p.m. on Monday to Friday, door to door delivery on the day after tomorrow (Excluding Saturdays and Sundays). 

Urgent Delivery Service

We offer a "3-hour delivery service" (minimum order £20) for Leeds and Wakefield customers from Monday to Friday from 11am to 2pm. It is recommended that customers WhatsApp us first to contact us if we can provide "3-hour delivery service" on the day.

It takes 3 hours for us to process the order and deliver the product, if you need to receive the product at 11 am on the same day, please contact us at or before 8 am, and so on, the "3-hour delivery service" will close the order at 11 am on the same day for delivery before 2 pm.

After purchasing the product, you can select "3-hour delivery service", and after completing the payment, we will contact you via Whatsapp to discuss the purchase status of the product and arrange delivery.

If the product is out of stock, Shopper2mall will arrange a refund on the same day. If this service is not available on the day without prior notice, the customer who has placed the order will arrange a refund on the same day.

Availability of product

If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we would NOT dispatch alternative product. Our Customer Service team will contact you to advise you on the next step to take. 

Frozen Item Delivery

  • When you place an order with Frozen / Chilled items, please kindly add the insulated cooler bag as an item to your shopping basket. Each insulated cooler bag can take up to 5KG Frozen Items. Please note that we would not dispatch Frozen / Chilled orders without the extra surcharge as stated. 

  • If delivery is delayed, any reason including but not limited to delivery failed, no one at the address, telecom issue, or courier issues, and causing item defrost, Shopper2mall would not bare the responsibility and it is no refund. Please be advised that frozen products would be defrosted / could be spoiled during delivery. Please re-consider before purchase. We do not advise you to consume the defrosted item.

  • Upon arrival please keep it refrigerated and used within 12 hours or manufacturer's guidelines, whichever is soonest. Defrosted item may not be suitable to consume.

Canned Item

  • We would normally place the canned item into an inner box or wrap with cushioning material for protection purposes. If you would like us to pay extra care on your items, please put a note when you checkout.

  • Canned item could be dented due to external forces or internal bumping during delivery. Insurance company would not consider it as major defect and hence there would be no refund on these cases. Please kindly consider before purchasing. 

Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure you provide a correct and suitable delivery address for the specified delivery method. If delivery is failed due to incomplete or wrong address, no one in home, blocked access, telecom issue, etc, there would be additional charge for redelivery.

  • For rejected delivery, there would be £10 delivery charge for delivery and return delivery. It would be deducted from the refund.
