麻婆豆腐 Mapo tofu

材料
免治豬肉40克
豆腐340克 (切粒)
蒜蓉1茶匙

調味料
淘大麻婆豆腐醬3湯匙
麻油1茶匙

做法
1) 起鑊炒香蒜蓉，再加入豬肉炒香。
2) 加入130毫升水和已拌勻調味料，再放豆腐粒煮至全熱。
3) 下1茶匙生粉水埋芡，再加麻油 1茶匙，即可上碟。

Ingredient
40g mince pork
340g tofu (diced)
1 teaspoon minced garlic

Seasoning
3 tablespoons of Mapo ToFu paste
1 teaspoon of sesame oil

Method
1) Stir-fry garlic in a wok until fragrant, then add pork and stir-fry until fragrant.
2) Add 130ml of water and seasoning, then add tofu cubes and cook until fully hot.
3) Bury 1 teaspoon cornstarch with water, add 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and serve.
